I wish that you knew.....

Recently I've just been hearing about the moral degeneration of our society and how many of the things we do or believe stem from ignorance. So I thought I'd pen down all the things I wish people knew. Dont just read this but ponder over it too. Please share with your loved ones, friends, contacts etc not because I want everyone to read my writing but because I wish they knew too...

I wish you knew that rizq is predetermined by Allah so that you would stop chasing wealth.

I wish you knew that haraam relationships can never lead to happiness and bliss.

I wish you knew the sweetness of waiting rather than engaging in zina before marriage.

I wish you knew that you should hide your sins for Allah dislikes us broadcasting our sins.

I wish that you knew that it's NOT ok to watch 50 shades of grey.

I wish that you knew that giving in charity does not diminish your funds, it earns you good deeds which is the currency of the hereafter.

I wish you knew the importance of bringing your children up with good morals and values and not letting them run wild.

I wish that you knew that your success and your wealth are not a direct result of how hard you work or what degree you have, it is a blessing bestowed on you by Allah. If He willed you could lose it in an instant.

I wish that you knew that intentionally missing a salaah can leave you out of the fold of Islam, so that you would not let them pile up.

I wish that you knew how privileged you are and how badly people out there suffer.

I wish that you knew that when you leave the house without a scarf on you are no longer safe from Allah's punishment.

I wish that you knew that peace is to be found in the remembrance of Allah.

I wish that you knew that trials and hardships don't mean that Allah doesnt love you or listen to you, instead they are tests from Allah that are meant to purge you of your sins.

I wish that you knew that the harder your test, the greater Allah's love is for you.

I wish that you knew how music affects you, how it hardens your heart and how dangerous it really is.

I wish that you knew that swearing does not make you cool, it earns you sins.

I wish that you knew that having a new car or a beautiful house don't mean that you're successful.

I wish that you knew that a man who has no protective jealousy over the women in his family and lets them leave the house displaying their beauty will never enter Jannah.

I wish that you knew that when people point out your wrongs and advise you to do good they're not judging you. They only want to help you.

I wish that you knew that money can't buy you Jannah.

I wish that you knew that you will leave behind all of your possessions and take only your deeds to the grave.

I wish that you knew that even if we were to bury you with all your wealth it would not benefit you.

I wish that you knew that the poor will enter Jannah before the rich do.

I wish that you knew that this world is temporary so you wouldn't get too comfortable here.

I wish that you knew that death does not discriminate against age, wealth, health or gender.

I wish that you knew how fortunate you are to be Muslim instead of adopting the lifestyle of the disbelievers.

I wish that you knew the beauty of Islam and the beauty behind Allah's commands.

I wish you knew the things I do and so much more....

A Motivational Eid Story - The Caliph and the New Clothes

A Motivational  Eid Story - The Caliph and the New Clothes

The little boy came running to his mother crying with a request.  “Jarir and Mughiz have both got new clothes for Eid. Can I have some new clothes as well?” The mother picked him up and wiped his tears.

Their mother, Fatima bint Abdul Malik(RA), was no ordinary woman. Her father, grandfather and each of her four brothers were at one time or another Caliph and leader of the Muslim Ummah. In fact, her own husband was the present Caliph, Umar ibn Abdul Aziz(RA) – who ruled the world’s largest empire that stretched from the Atlantic to the Indian oceans. She promised him that she would check with his father to see if  he could have new clothes for Eid.

When Umar ibn Abdul Aziz returned home, his wife related her sons request to him. The Caliph had a pained look in his eyes. “Fatima, you know how much I value my children, but all the money I have is in front of you”, he said motioning towards the sparsely furnished hut.

Though a Caliph, Umar took care to live honestly and did much to ensure justice. Fatima agreed with her husband, but she said that maybe it would be possible to buy very cheap clothes for him and he would just be happy with something new to wear.  The tears have left satins on his cheeks. Finally, the Caliph, saddened by the plight, agreed and wrote a letter to his treasurer requesting that his pay be advanced a month early so that he could buy his child something to wear on Eid.

But the honest and pious Caliph had an equally honest treasurer who wrote a letter in reply to the Caliph. The Caliph read the letter with tears flowing  from his eyes: “Amir Ul-Mumineen, I have great respect for you and I trust and obey you completely. However, if you could guarantee to me that you will live through the next month and do your service to the people (which will entitle you to your pay) then the money can be advanced to you. If you cannot give the assurance of your life, then how can the treasury pay you and why are you taking the rights of the poor, orphans and widows onto your shoulders?”

Caliph Umar ibn Abdul Aziz realized his mistake. Fatima bint Abdul Malik, washed the old clothes. The day of Eid arrived and the whole area of Damascus was buzzing with joy and celebration with people clad in their new attires. Caliph Umar ibn Abdul Aziz also set out for the Eid Prayer holding the hand of his son, both father and son wearing their clean old clothing. The young boy’s face shone brightly, as he walked alongside his father, convinced that the eternal pleasure and comforts of Jannah (Paradise) are by far superior to the comforts of this temporary world.

One has to wonder if they were made from the same dust as us. Once we (Muslims) were kings on this Earth, but it wasn’t because we were large in number that we were respected. It wasn’t because we were powerful that we were victorious. It wasn’t because we were successful that we were admired. It wasn’t because our women were beautiful that they were treated with honor and dignity. It wasn’t because we were intelligent that our example was emulated. It was all due to the faith of Islam. Sometimes, it’s worthwhile reflecting on how far we’ve fallen so we know how high we need to climb.

A Very Special Eid Mubarak!

Eid Mubarak to you and your family and May Allah bless and grant you Barakah in this world and the Aakhirah ...May Allah accept your Dua’as. Let us remember the Ummah which is in pain and distress in many parts of the world and if possible let us contribute in whatever way possible whether it be financially or by way of your sincere Dua'as. Make Dua'a for those who have passed on....May ALLAH grant relief to those in need, May Allah ease the plight of so many that are downtrodden,& oppressed ...May Allah grant Shi'fa to those that are ill and may ALLAH grant us a death with Imaan and true success in both this world and the hereafter…Aameen

Does your Heart not Bleed - Oh Israel?

Does your Heart not Bleed - Oh Israel?

Do they not fear the Almighty? Scores of Palestinian Muslims, including many children, have been killed in the Gaza Strip after days of Israeli air raids on the besieged coastal sliver this Ramada.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health said 550 people had been wounded since Israel launched its campaign in Gaza this week, which it claimed targeted Palestinians firing rockets into its territory.

At least 550 sites have been hit by Israeli jets, including Gaza City, Beit Hanoun and Khan Younis.

An Israeli air strike killed seven Palestinian civilians on Thursday, including five children, in the largest death toll from a single attack since the start of the three-day offensive, the Palestinian Ministry of Health said.

Residents and medical officials said an Israeli air strike bombed at least two houses in a densely populated area near Khan Younis while residents were asleep, the Reuters news agency reported.

Bodies were pulled out of rubble from three or four homes including neighbouring structures. Another 16 people were also wounded in the attack, the ministry said.

Amidst the bombardment, Palestinians are still attempting to secure a few moments of normalcy to enjoy the fruits of the blessed month of Ramadan, just as their brethren in faith the world over.

Mahmud Abu Shamala is a teacher in the Occupied Gaza Strip. He told Cii Radio what it was like spending Ramadan to the cacophony of an Israeli aerial bombardment.

This is his story:

May I first wish you all a blessed and joyful Ramadan, the month of Barakah and happiness.

If you are living here in Gaza, you can expect to have a lot of difficulties and hardships in your life.

I will not talk about the siege or the shortage of electricity, fuel and medication. I will simply talk about the situation in Gaza at night, which is no different from the situation here in the morning, noon or throughout the day.

Since the beginning of this Israeli operation[Protective Edge], the Zionist State has been propagating that it has been targeting so-called terror targets, training camps, rocket launchers and the like. But if we look at the casualties, you will see that the majority of those killed are the children – below the age of 10. Then, you will find the women, and after that, you will discover the elderly.

The targets in truth are the civilian homes, which are inhabited. As you know, people all over the world consider their homes to be their own treasures. What about Gaza?

Well, if you have nowhere to go, nothing to do, no place to protect yourself – then, naturally, your home is your sole possession – your only place to go.

So they are attempting to kill our dreams, by killing us and also destroying our homes.

You ask me about the nights. Let me tell you.

We are living here, and I can tell you Ramadan is famous for its nights. Muslims around the world find this the ideal opportunity to draw close to Allah SWT.

They draw close to Allah SWT by reading the Quraan, they stand in Qiyaam, make fervent Duas to Allah SWT, give charity, dispense Zakaat – so much good happens.

Here in Gaza, people also spend the whole night giving Sadaqa(charity), but not with their money, but with their lives, their children, their families and their homes.

Last night, when people began to hope that the bombing will abate, and they could return to their homes, they did exactly that.

Just then, the Israelis bombed the Hamad family. Do you know what they did?

They bombed the home: They killed the husband, they killed the wife, they killed Asma, Subha, Mohammed and Ahmed, the four children. That’s six members of the family in total.

After that, the Israelis moved to kill another family in Rafah. Then they destroyed another 3 homes in our area. Wherever there is a land here in Gaza, they have bombed it.

Two masjids in Rafah, they have bombed. As I am speaking to you, I can hear the bombing.

I must tell you, as a father, you are very embarrassed in front of your children when the bombing starts. Because everytime they start bombing, you cannot do anything, you cannot sleep, you cannot even read the Noble Quraan. Do you know why?

You are constantly plagued with the questions: Am I going to live? Am I going to wake up in the morning? You realise that everyone in Gaza is a target.

They have unleashed 5 types of planes on us: Choppers, Helicopters, F-16′s, F-35′s and drones – all of which have come to kill us in Gaza, this small Gaza.

You spend the whole night listening to a bombing close to your home, another bombing close to your brothers home, another bombing you hear of on the radio, another bombing of a Masjid you have attended, another bombing of a land you very well know.

You will be sitting in darkness. In Gaza, you will not have electricity most of the time.

Whilst the world watches television, the nightmares and bloodshed plays itself out day and night in front of our eyes.

We see the bodies, the martyrs, the destruction. This is how we spend the night in Gaza, bombing after bombing, after bombing. Close, far, your home, your brother’s home, your sister’s home – everyone, even the buildings now are bleeding and crying in Gaza.

You are talking about a barbarian enemy who are far removed from any shred of humanity. They want to extinguish all life around you and put the Yaqeen in your heart that you do not belong in this land.

You may ask me: ‘You have been through all of this before. You witnessed wars in 2009 and 2012. Are you not used to this by now?’

What I can say is that the enemy has just become more barbaric. In 2009, they would call people before they bomb and shell their homes. In 2012, they would announce that people should evacuate. Now, there is nothing. They just bomb the house, regardless of whether there are few or many within it.

Now, they just want to kill…They are trying to kill the body, if they can’t kill the body they will kill the building, if they can’t kill the building they will kill the land, if they can’t kill the land, they will kill the sky, if they can’t kill the sky they will kill the animals.

You won’t believe me, a few days ago they ktargeted – guess what – 3000 chickens! Can you believe this?

5 days ago, they targeted 100 goats. Okay, if the Palestinian people are terrorists and launching rockets against the settlers, what do you have to tell me about the animals?

I am confident that Allah SWT is with us. And I know that you cannot run away from your destiny and your death. Everything is written and pre-ordained. We have to make sabr with our circumstances but also keep the trust and Yaqeen that victory is very near, Insha Allah.

Dispelling the Myth

Shahid - A Film Review

If you are a Muslim, you are a terrorist’, an official tagline given to Muslims in India after every bomb blasts or crime scene.

Shahid is the remarkable true story of slain human rights activist and lawyer Shahid Azmi, who was killed in 2010 by unidentified assailants in his office.

From attempting to become a terrorist, to being wrongly imprisoned under a draconian anti-terrorism law, to becoming a champion of human rights (particularly of the Muslim minorities in India), Shahid traces the inspiring personal journey of a boy who became an unlikely messiah for human rights, while following the rise of communal violence in India.

This story of an impoverished Muslim struggling to come to terms with injustice and inequality, while rising above his circumstances is an inspiring testament to the human spirit.

Shahid Azmi fought for innocent Muslims, defending those he believed were wrongly accused and imprisoned for alleged terrorist activities without much evidence to justify their seemingly endless incarceration.

Shahid’s story throws at us many unanswered questions about the nature of investigations into terror plots, the victimization of the poor, the corruption and brutality of the system and the popular perception that ties terrorism to the poorest section of Muslims, while the masterminds of these conspiracies are never caught or punished.

But it’s an equally interesting character study, built around Yadav’s emotionally charged but controlled performance as the idealistic young man who becomes a fearless champion of justice against all odds and ultimately pays for it with his life.

On speaking to Hansal Mehta, one comes to realize that this film holds special memories to him. The director’s conviction and passion for the film is quite clear when one watches it.

When asked about his first film, he chuckles and says, “First film? Shahid is my first film!”

Hansal Mehta’s remarkable direction and a vision to educate the masses about inequality and racial prejudice in our country has paid off.  "Raj Kumar became Shahid, he had begun to live Shahid’s life, moulded into the character and made it come alive onscreen”, said Hansal Mehta.

Shahid starring Raj Kumar Yadav as Azmi, has already travelled to Toronto and Mumbai festivals. He has done a tremendous job on playing ‘Shahid’. Personally, I believe nobody could have played Shahid the way Raj Kumar did.

Shahid opened to a packed cinema in the Dubai International Film Festival. It’s a hard-hitting and quite inspiring film. As Hansal Mehta said, “This was a story that had to be told.

Mothers of Palestine | فلسطين

Mothers of Palestine فلسطين

SPECIAL TOPIC

May 8, 2011 While a great part of the world is celebrating “Mothers Day”, special attention for the women of Palestine for they have not much to celebrate. Instead of receiving flowers and gifts of their children…. Palestinian women put flowers on the graves of their children.

This post is a tribute to the Mothers of Palestine, never giving up, enduring occupation, suffering the loss of their husbands, children, killed by occupation. I Salute the Lionesses of Falasteen. A compilation of photography of brave women who have to endure more than nations in a lifetime. May Allah Subhana wa Ta’ ala ease it for them and increase their blessings, for Dunyah and ‘Akheera. Allahumma Aameen ya RabbilAlameen.

Another child, killed by the abhorrent crimes of Israel during Cast Lead. A Future destroyed, another child martyr and another mother's heart broken for a lifetime

How many more dead corpses of Palestinians does the international community need to see in order to act? How much more, do Palestinians and mothers need to suffer. How many more women, need to loose their children, husbands and even their own lives. How many more cruelties and violations of Human Rights, Regulations and International Law will be needed to intervene so this ongoing warcrime is being stopped once and for all?

Let us read and make Dua'a for these brave Palestinians - Allah (swt) grant them victory from the Kufr oppressor's, Aameen

First Muslim Model Agency Opens in New York

Fashion insiders believe that this agency can help remove the stigma heaped upon Muslim women

The launch of the world's first Muslim model agency, in New York's fashionable Tribeca district, offered an interesting alternative to the options presented at New York Fashion Week a few blocks uptown. A coming-together of a particularly stylish segment of the Islamic community in this cosmopolitan city, the event on Saturday night played host to everyone from a fully veiled woman in black abaya to dramatically coiffed fashionistas (and fashionistos) curious about a groundbreaking project.

The founder of the Underwraps agency, Nailah Lymus, is a born-and-bred New York Muslim with a love of fashion and a mission to prove Islam's worth and tolerance to a city whose inhabitants remain, in many cases, emotionally fragile and somewhat suspicious of Islam more than a decade after the tragic September 11 terrorist attacks.

"It's just always been about contradicting a lot of the negative stereotypes and misunderstandings about Muslims and our religion, as well as about Muslim females; there's a whole lot of other negative stereotypes that go with that," says Lymas at the launch, in the Rare salon on Church Street. "We can walk on the runway, we can wear colours, we can do things independently of our husbands ... It breaks down so many misunderstandings, even regarding nationalities of Muslim women; it's a religion that's international."

In fact, arguably, much of the fashion that has been shown so far in New York for autumn/winter 2012 would be perfectly at home on a Muslim model, with hats, high necks and long sleeves all crucial trends. One guest at the event, Ismail Sayeed, a Harlem-born blogger and artist otherwise known as The Calligrafist, argues: "Those things are incorporated into western fashion. People who are not Muslim can cover and still be fashionable. If you look at the runway a lot of models are covered, and designers especially play with veils."

The owner of Rare, Fatima Sheikh, agrees. "When I met Nailah, I didn't even realise she was wearing hijab. It just looked so hot that I was like, I love what you've got going on!"

Sheikh runs a monthly "hijab night", during which she blocks off the windows on the premises, allowing local Muslim women to enjoy the benefits of a beauty salon in the privacy required by their beliefs. A practising Muslim herself, she was attracted to Lymus's project from the start, and was happy to offer her salon for the buzzy event.

"We met and everything she was talking about, the femininity and mysteriousness, that there's more to being feminine than being naked all the time, I agreed with. Anything I can do to help out each other [in Muslim fashion] I'm down to do."

Judging by the eclectic crowd that gathered on Saturday night, there are plenty of people with the same approach: some were there out of curiosity, some were bloggers looking for the next big story and many were Muslim fashionistas wanting to be part of a bigger movement.

Mohammed Shariff, a New York-based fashion and entertainment lawyer, was there to support his fellow New York Muslims, but he also saw a business opportunity. This was, he thought, just the tip of a future iceberg. "When I saw this I thought it was a perfect fit for Muslims and non-Muslims who don't want to be so revealing. I know we're going to start catering for this international market in America, whether it's at Neiman Marcus or JC Penney," he argues. "It's happening."

Shariff also points out the issue that has been troubling for so many of those who would like to be Muslim models - and those who would employ them. "I work with models and modelling agencies," he says. "I do see Muslims in modelling agencies who suffer from the assignments; they feel that they compromise who they are for it."

Sayeed has a similar experience. "I personally know many Muslims who want to model but they don't want to take anything off; they want to stay within their faith. People have their different views on it, but if you look around the world, Muslims dress differently. Culture plays a big part in how Muslims dress."

It's nevertheless a thorny issue for Lymus, who inevitably finds herself "representing" the Muslim world in fashion. How has she dealt with the doctrinal and religious issues?

"I've spoken to two imams, and they seemed to be supportive of it as long as I'm representing the religion properly, once I explained the direction I'm going in, which is really to bring awareness to a fashion forum. The models know that I'm devout in my religion." Still, if, as she suggests, the agency does start to cater for an international market ("I would love for my girls to walk Lincoln Centre during New York Fashion Week"), there are going to be some serious backstage issues, in a world in which it is completely normal for models to change in front of a whole room of men and women.

"Our contracts are really detailed, to make sure everything is understood," she says. "I'm even in the process of designing a portable fitting room for the individual model, because we can't have men dressing us, and I don't want it to be a burden or inconvenience to designers who might want to use our models."

Whether the madness that occurs backstage at a mainstream fashion show will support such measures remains to be seen.

Prisioner #650

Prisoner #650 to us you are known as a flower - the World knows her as Dr. Aafia Siddiqui

A loving mother, wife, daughter sister, a doctor, a Haafizah above all else she's a Muslimah

There was once a flower named Aafia so beautiful yet so heartbroken

She was bright, colorful and intelligent known for a soft speech and demeanor

Emanating words that are true and fragrant

A sad soulless day this flower amongst flowers was cruelly snatched

By the enemies of Islam who came from the west

They were dispatched with such agility - Where no one knew what happened next

She was plucked out, from amongst the gardens of the innocent

While her diminutive seedlings disappeared within an instant

They crushed her beneath their unsightly boots

Destroying her beauty which shook her roots!

She withers away, the longer we ignore her plight day by day

In captivity she is left to lay - the brutality so severe no reality can confer

The enmity to lie covering up their actions

Nay I say - Our Allah is Merciful, Our Allah is Great

Surely He know her innocence she proclaims

The world may not believe - but we do Oh Sister Aafia - we do indeed

What has our sister done to deserve such tyranny?

We cry and plead to the Almighty - Lord of the Universe, free our sister - free our sister

To the captors How can you torture and disgrace innocent believers?

Do you not deny the Lord and His justice?

Remember by throwing away her Qura'an you are doing nothing but evil

You cannot take the Qura’an away from her - Nay

For it is buried deep within her heart, truth always defeats falsehood!

Allah will grant this flower the gardens of Jannah-ul-Firdowse, Aameen

For such is the reward for this role model of mine

Dear Aafia We Salute, you are in our Dua'as, our thoughts and in our hearts...your tears are ours and your pain is heartfelt.

We will not rest until you are amongst us....Oh Allah! We make Dua'a that our sister Aafia may be released. May Allah in His infinite mercy and wisdom see you through these trying times - We make Dua'a for Allah to save you from the hands of the wicked, Aameen – Thummah Aameen ~ Ya Rabb-ul-Aaleemen

Treating our Elders with Respect

"The new 'state' of the art tv arrived at little Hamza's home". It was a complex Sony tv with a sophisticated remote control. Grandma was just getting used to the old tv before the family decided to change to a much modern expensive tv.

Grandma sat in the room, trying to work out how to put the tv on. Hamza was at school so she couldn’t ask him. She politely requests to her 'daughter in law', :

"Beti, can you show me how this remote works, what buttons to press and where the volume control is?"

Hamza's mother comes in too busy yapping on her mobile phone to her friends and rudely replies "Look, I am going to explain this once, if you understand fine, if not I am not your servant, I have things to do, so listen up once as I don’t have time for this"

Grandma feels hurt inside, but doesn’t reply. She thinks of her age and gives up on the remote, and silently returns to her room to read her Quraan. Inside, her heart is crying at her daughter in laws rudeness and ignorance, but she leaves it to Allah swt.

How often do you hear of stories like this? Sadly, this is the reality of the behaviour some people give to their elders. First of all it shows ignorance, because the young seem to think just because they have youth and energy, they are in ‘command’ such that their energy and youth will last forever.

How you treat others, it won’t be long before you too will be treated in the same manner. Have you heard of the saying , “What goes around, comes around”. ?
Well, it’s a true fact, and it won’t be long till your old age comes, you too will become less energetic, you will face a bit memory loss and you won’t be able to cope with technology advancement due to your old age.

Protect your kids , friends & family from ..... Ouija

Playtime for Kids and It's Called Divination

I was planning to write about a current event issue when this story hit my in-box. I am no longer shocked by issues like what I am about to report. Our kids and teens have been seduced for decades. Harry Potter hasn't helped nor has Twilight. Both kids and adults have been introduced to the paranormal in dozens of TV programs and movies. So much so, in fact, that the paranormal is the new normal. This Ouija board was mentioned in the movie Paranormal Activities, it created a lot of havoc for people using this board game.

So now
ToysRus in the USA has a cute little pink Ouija board and one that glows in the dark, both marketed for children. They advertise that kids as young as 8 need to have these new sorcery objects! (Well, they don't call them "sorcery objects") I know it is billed as a "toy" but I have enough personal experience that I can tell you it is blatant divination.

ToysRus children's Ouija board

Entire civilizations have been wiped out because of sorcery. Those perpetrating this are aiming at younger kids every day. Serious reproach against witchcraft and divination should be given.

Are parents going to say that this new kids' Ouija board is "just a game," just like they say Harry Potter and Twilight are "just fiction" and can't hurt anyone? You can bet some will!

Jane’s* personal ordeal with a Ouija board.

I was 23 years old. (I know that was back in the Bronze Age, but divination hasn't changed.) I was addicted to a Ouija board. I had people driving 100 miles to put their hands on the glass object, ask the board questions, and have it spell out answers. I was so good at it that the glass object could move with no hands on it.

It made predictions and many of them came true. It instilled power in me that was stunning. The glass object that spelled out words would often spin around the board in a frenzy, and it was always talking about dark, evil things. All predictions were negative. It scared many participants. It has supernatural power, but since it is of the devil, not all predictions came true because the devil does not know the future.

When I asked the board where it got its power, it spelled S-A-T-A-N.

One evening I put the board away and felt a presence in my apartment. I did not want to open my eyes because I knew I would see a demon. If you think I am doing this for sensationalism, I can tell you that it has not been easy reliving my experience. I do it only to spare some of you from my mistakes.

I had roots in a solid church in my teenage years and I sensed I had crossed a line. I seriously repented, took the board and glass object out to a bonfire and forever said good-bye to its evil. That was in accordance with Acts 19 which says that those who practiced magic gathered up their instruments and burned them.

Sadly, I had obtained almost a lust for the paranormal from the Ouija board and that is why most participants then move to deeper and darker occultic practices. The Ouija board is stepping stone number one.

But isn't this just a game like Monopoly you ask? Going back to my personal experience -- the glass object was profane, cursed God, and sometimes flew off the board in a rage. Evil spirits were present to be sure. So no, it's not just like Monopoly. This is playing with FIRE.

If anyone you know, child or adult, is playing with this force of evil, warn them. March on over to ToysRus and register a complaint.

There are many Web sites that speak of people getting obsessed/addicted to this so-called game. Others say this was the start of their paranormal journey. Sadly, most toy stores will put profits before protecting children, but speak up nonetheless.

This is just another sign of the times and of the lateness of the hour. In these last days, evil will wax worse and worse. That is why we as believers are called to be salt and light in a dark world. If a person feels they can dabble in darkness and still be "light," they are seriously deceived.

This game is not yet available in South Africa - best to be aware of these things.

May Allah save us from all sorts of Fitnah, Aameen
