Oh My Beloved Nabi SAW

Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem

It will be befitting to begin with a story from Qur'an and Hadith. And in a time where Nabi SAW is targeted as a 'character' of terrorism, let's unveil the man whose love outshone a thousand fairy tales.

While the beloved Nabi SAW and the noble Sahaba RA were out on expedition, and as was his practice, Nabi SAW would take one of his blessed wives along. Aisha Siddeeqa RA, was extremely happy to have accompanied her wonderful husband SAW,on this trip.

They passed a place called Zaatul Jaish and Aisha RA realised her necklace was missing. As any woman who has lost jewelry will know, it creates panic! She rushed to Nabi SAW in her distress and what did he do?

Did he swat away her female concern?

Did he tell her so what's the big deal?

Did he shush her because he SAW was at the head of a huge numbered expedition?

He tried to soothe her concerns and he stopped the entire army. Yes,Nabi SAW stopped the entire army. To look for his wife's necklace.Oh my Nabi, and they still try to vilify you.Sallu alaik.
Now the noble Sahaba, they saw Nabi SAW searching, so some joined him. That was true love as well. What was important to RasulAllah SAW, was important to them as well.

Night fell and still Nabi SAW did not order the army to move on because his beloved wife's necklace had not been found. He SAW then placed his head on her lap and drifted off to sleep, hoping in the morning light, it would be spotted.

The people complained to the father of Aisha RA, Sayyidina Abu Bakr RA,that his daughter had stopped Nabi SAW and the entire army at a water-less place and neither did the people have water with them, what would they do for Fajr??

Let us understand the concern for salaah here.

Abu Bakr RA grew angry with his daughter and rushed to scold her, perhaps feeling she was taking advantage of her husband's soft nature.

Nabi SAW never scolded her, neither did he side with the people but made her feel firmly that he SAW was on her team.

Dawn broke and Fajr time arrived, the people were agitated. What happened? Allah Ta'aala, The Greatest Beloved who cascades mercy on us, revealed the ayah and law of Tayammum.

(Surah 5 Maaida;Ayah 6)-

and you do not find any water then resort to Tayammum - find clean soil and rub your faces and hands with it. Allah does not wish to burden you; He only wishes to purify you and to perfect His favor upon you, so that you may be thankful.

Imagine the joy and relief for Sahaba RA! Especially when they traveled in the desert.

After this, Sahaba RA congratulated the family of Abu Bakr RA, for being a cause of another blessing on them.

Then guess what happened? The camel of Aisha RA moved and her necklace was found! Did Nabi SAW get irritated with her because it was right there all the time? Nope. He shared her relief. Imagine how much more Aisha RA's love grew for he husband after this incident.

How much more harmony there would be in society if we overlook small things and empathize with people?

What if we had the patience of the Prophet SAW? How much more a beautiful relationship we would be able to enjoy.

While in hospital, it is very difficult to make wudhu, espically if one is hooked up to machines and drips. However, even then we cannot abandon Salaah. Let us make a little sabr and perform it.In that instance, Ulamaa have given permission to perform Tayammum by keeping a stone etc by one's bedside and thus it becomes easy.

Method of Tayammum;

1)Make niyyah(intention) of performing Tayammum in place of wudhu or ghusal and to read salaah/Quran.

2)Strike the hands on the stone and wipe the entire face from forehead to beneath the chin and from one ear to the other.

3)Strike the stone again and wipe both hands from finger to above the elbow. Use one hand to wipe the other.

These are items which may be used for Tayammum.

1. Taahir earth.
2. Sand.
3. Stone.
4. Limestone.
5. Baked earthen pots (Unglazed).
6. Walls of mud, stone or brick.
7. Clay.
8. All items which have thick dust on them

Please familiarize oneself with when and where it is permissible to make Tayammum. The above has been extracted from Taleemul Haq.

We read novels and movies about love that can never match the love between Nabi SAW and his wives. What do we gain by them?

As the song says... We look for love in places dark and cold when here's a love story for the whole world to behold... (Zammillooni)

What is Islam

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيم

السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركات

It is with much profoundness and gratitude to my Allah that I write this below

What is Islam ?

Islam is to believe that there's none worthy of worship but اللَّهُ سبحانه وتعالي   and that our beloved نبى محمد صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّم is his messenger.

Who is اللَّهُ سبحانه وتعالي   ?

He is that being who is the creator and owner of everything.

He was he is and he will forever be

He is in need of no1 but every1 is in need of the him.

He has no partner or family he is alone. اللَّهُ سبحانه وتعالي   is the light of the heavens and the earth.

Everything from the 1st heaven up to the 7th heaven is in his command. He controls the wind in the hurricane just as he controls the wind coming out your fan.

He controls Hazrath jibraeel a.s just as he controls the ant.

He is the light of the day and the darkness of the night - Nothing is beyond Him and nothing moves without His command. He is the giver of everything and taker of everything He controls night just as day.

He controls the waves of the beach just as he controls the ripple in your pool. That اللَّهُ سبحانه وتعالي   who is free from faults who is free from sleep that very same اللَّهُ سبحانه وتعالي   who has taken us from the backs of our fathers and moulded us in the wombs of mothers.

If the oceans where to turn to ink and the forests turned to pen and we had written of the greatness of our rab the ink would finish and pens would dry but still we wouldn't even touch the greatness of our اللَّهُ سبحانه وتعالي.

وعليكم السلام ورحمة الله وبركاته
