Muslimah's who know the Qura'an

The Woman Who Corrected a Judge

Sheikh Abul Wafa narrates that there was a Hanafi judge who would seperate witnesses when he was in doubt regarding their testimony (so that each witness could not hear the others testimony). One day a man and two women came before him as witnesses in a matter wherein women had to serve as witnesses. As was his procedure, he intended to separate the two women. However, one of the women addressed him saying : "You have made an error because Allah Ta'ala says in the Qura'an : "So that one could remind the other." When you have separated one from the other the Shar'i purpose enshrined in this verse will not be met."

Upon this, the judge did not follow his usual procedure. (At-Tazkirah)

The Slave Girl Who Deciphered the Clue

One day Ma'moon became quite angry with Taahir Ibn Abdullah, his millitary commander, and decided to recall him to have him killed. Now, Taahir had a friend who heard of this and sent a letter to him. The letter was very brief. It contained the words "As Salaam" and in the margin the words
"O Moosa."

When Taahir read it he began pondering over its meaning but could not manage to understand it.

However, his intelligent slave girl, explained the meaning to him : "O Moosa, the chiefs are taking counsel together about you to kill you." So, be careful about Ma'moon."

She had understood that the words "O Moosa" were an abreviation used to secretly convey the message referred to in Surah Qasas, verse 20.

Tahir then ensured that he did not go near Ma'mun until the issue was sorted out. (Muhadharat al-Udaba)

The Pious Woman Who Explained the Verses of Hijaab

Aasim Al-Ahwal narrates : We went to Hafsa Bint Sireen. As we entered she drew her jilbaab over her face as a niqaab (to cover her face from us).

We said to her : "May Allah have mercy on you! Allah mentions in the Quran : "And as for those women who are past childbearing age who do not desire to marry, there is no sin on them if they discard their outer clothing in such a way that they do not reveal their adornment." This refers to the jilbaab."

She then asked us: "What is mentioned after this verse?"

We replied : "But to refrain (not to discard their outer clothing) is better for them."

She then explained : "This is proof of wearing the jilbaab." (Sifatus Safwah)

Lover Her...

Love Her ...when she sips on your coffee or tea. She only wants to make sure it tastes just right for you
Love Her...when she is jealous. Out of all the men she can have, she chose you

Love her...when she has annoying little habits that drives you nuts. You have them too.
Love her...when her cooking is bad. She tries.
Love her...when she looks scary in the morning. She always fixes herself up again.

Love her...when she makes you watch corny love dramas while the sport is on.
She wants to share these moments with you.

Love her...when she asks if she looks fat. Your opinion counts, so tell her she's beautiful.
Love her...when she looks beautiful. She's yours so appreciate her.

Love her...when she spends hours to get ready. She only wants to look her best for you.
Love her...when she buys you gifts you don't like. Smile and tell her its what you've always wanted.

Love her...when she cries for absolutely nothing. Don't ask, tell her its going to be okay

Love her...when she suffers from PMS. Buy chocolate, rub her feet and just chat to her (trust me this works!)
Love her...when whatever you do is not pleasing. It happens and will pass

Love her...when she stains your clothes. You needed a new shirt anyway
Love her...when she argues. She only wants to make things right

All these things form part of a woman's character.
woman
are part of your life and should be treated as the queen
Take time to make her feel special in every way.

Jannah...

If a person makes Dua'a for Jannah three times, Jannah requests Allah that, O Allah; make his entry into Jannah.
And if a person makes Dua'a for safety from Jahannum three times, the Jahannnum requests Allah that,
O Allah; save him from Jahannum.
